Electroforms with curvature

These electroforms are solely custom-made designs and products based on the CAD-data of the customers. Our customer base is worldwide and includes the leading manufacturers of automotive rear lamps. Reflex reflectors and reflex reflector moulds for the bicycle market and bicycle supplies are an essential part of our product range. The reflex parts of our electroforms are capable of meeting both ECE- and SAE-standards. Complete moulds can be supplied with approved reflex parts and with a test report of reflex readings. Electroform for side marker include an integrated optic insert.
